Do you accept exchanges or returns?For products that have been opened or are without their original packaging, we offer an exchange, or a credit note (no refunds), within 15 days of the purchase date.
For unopened products in their original packaging, we offer a return, exchange or credit note within 30 days of the purchase date.
No returns, exchanges, reimbursement or credit note will be authorized after 30 days of the date of purchase.

Do I need an appointment for a skin analysis?While it is preferable to have an appointment to ensure that we will have all the time necessary for you, you can still simply drop by the boutique and we will do our best to assign you an esthetics consultant who can accommodate you.

Is it possible to arrive at the boutique without an appointment and receive a treatment?As some of our skincare services can take up to one hour, it is preferable to arrange for an appointment to ensure that an esthetician will be available for you, and to enjoy the full facial experience.

If I have an allergic reaction to a product, what can I do?To ensure that it is indeed an allergic reaction, you must be evaluated at Espace MédIME, by one of our skincare experts. Sometimes, when we introduce new products to our skincare protocol, cutaneous reactions can be normal until the skin adjusts to the new active ingredients. These normal reactions can resemble an allergic one, but only an expert will be able to confirm if it is an allergic reaction or of a normal, temporary variety. You must understand that these active ingredients are much more potent than those found in skincare available in over-the-counter products and, in certain cases, the skin can take some time to adjust.
