SHIPPING
Offering the best online shopping experience is our main priority. This is why we insist on ensuring that all orders arrive at their destination in excellent condition and that the products be prepared, packaged, and handled with the utmost care, with considerations made to keeping our products from being exposed to extreme climate conditions.
We use Purolator for all of our deliveries. Shipping is always free for all orders of $150 or more, anywhere in the province of Quebec. For all orders under $150 or delivered outside of Quebec, shipping fees are applicable and will be calculated based on the shipping address.
Shipping and delivery of orders will be done Monday to Friday. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours following reception, if the order is placed before 12h00 (EST). You should expect a 2 to 5 business-day delay for the delivery. We will send a confirmation email with a Purolator tracking number once the parcel is shipped. You will be able to track your parcel at purolator.ca.
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
